US Banks Too Small to Survive

Elizabeth Warren and other dogged US legislators demand a two-tiered regulatory system for banks.  The top tier must demonstrate that they can survive as banks, not as a risk free crap table.  Small banks, vital to communities, must be held to appropriate standards which make their survival possible.  Bank Failures in Brief from the FDIC
