Britain Proposes Tougher Regulations Against Rogue Directors

Vine Cable, the Business Secretary in the UK is proposing tougher regulations against rogue company directors.  The Queen has taken and interest and will include a discussion of the new regulations in her speech before the 2015 general election.  The Tyri banking commission report prompted Cable to act.  Cable wants to see more effective victims’ compensation.  Directors banned from companies abroad should not be allowed to run British companies.  No timing out.  Special corporate training will raise standards of behavior.  Vol. 2 of the Banking Report.     Nicolas Watt Article.
