Jonathan Weil in Bloomberg reports:  Cypriot banks’ customers were complacent after uninsured deposits went unscathed in Ireland, Greece,Spain and Portugal, the first euro-area countries to seek international rescues. Slovenians won’t have that excuse should their country be next.
