Pay gap between men and women slowly widening

The pay divide between men and women has widened by another 80c an hour since the turn of the millennium.

Women now earn an average $3.90 an hour less than men across all industries, down from an average $3.08 less in 2000, according to Weekend Herald calculations of Statistics New Zealand figures…article
