SEC Goes After Accounting Fraud in China

The SEC claims that the Chinese subsidiaries of Deloitte, Ernest & Young, KPMG, Price Waterhouse Coopers and BDO International have violated The United States Securities Exchange Act and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
